jaldiprint.in (“Jaldiprint”, “we”, “us”) is run by MG8 Ventures Private Limited, registered office 503, Investment Housing, Opp. Gandhigram Railway Station, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India. These terms apply when you use the website or order from us. By placing an order you accept them, together with our shipping & delivery, refund & cancellation and privacy policies.

• Give true and complete details, and keep your e-mail address and phone number up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, for content that breaks the content rules below, or against these terms.

• Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed; it then appears under My orders with its status.
• We may decline or cancel an order whose content breaks the content rules below, that we cannot produce or deliver, or that shows a clear pricing error. If we do, we refund what you paid in full.
• Product photos and on-screen previews show what a product is like; the paper's shade, texture and thickness can look different in hand.

You are responsible for the content of your design and for checking and approving its proof. Before you order, check carefully:

• spelling, names, phone numbers, e-mail and web addresses, registration numbers and prices;
• the layout, the side (front or back) and the orientation;
• that text and logos sit inside the safe area the design Studio shows, and that background colours and images reach the bleed line.

Low-resolution images print blurred. The Studio warns you about them; a low-resolution image you keep after the warning is not a print defect.

• Proofs are shown on screen in RGB, while printing uses CMYK inks, so printed colours can differ slightly from your screen, and slightly between print runs and papers.
• Trimming can vary slightly. Keep text and logos inside the safe area, and backgrounds out to the bleed line, as the Studio shows.
• Variation within this guidance is normal in printing and is not a defect.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload or add to a design: logos, photos, text, trademarks and fonts. Do not ask us to print content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, including counterfeit documents or official marks you are not entitled to use. We may refuse such orders.

Your own content remains yours. You allow us to store, process and print it, and to share it with our print partners, only to produce and deliver your orders and to show your designs back to you. If someone claims that content you supplied infringes their rights, you are responsible for that claim.

• The website, the design Studio, and the templates and other design material we provide belong to MG8 Ventures Private Limited or its licensors.
• You may use our templates and design material only to print through Jaldiprint: not to print elsewhere, and not to copy, sell or share them.
• You receive proofs, to check your design. We never give you the print-ready file, before or after payment: we print your order from it ourselves.

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are as shown at checkout: the total you pay, shipping included, is shown there before you pay.
• No GST is charged: MG8 Ventures Private Limited is not registered for GST yet.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Prices can change, but never for an order you have already paid for.

How delivery dates and shipping charges are shown is set out in our shipping & delivery policy; when you can cancel and how problems are put right, in our refund & cancellation policy. Both form part of these terms.

• If something goes wrong with an order, we put it right as our refund & cancellation policy says: a reprint, or a full or partial refund.
• Our liability for an order is limited to the value of the affected order.
• We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as courier delays, bad weather, strikes or public holidays.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms; this page shows the date of the latest version. An order is governed by the terms that applied when it was placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first (write to [email protected]), the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

For a complaint about an order, a product or this website, write to our grievance officer, Manish Gohel, at [email protected]. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
