Privacy policy

jaldiprint.in (Jaldiprint) is run by MG8 Ventures Private Limited, registered office 503, Investment Housing, Opp. Gandhigram Railway Station, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India. We decide how and why your personal data is used, so under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are its “data fiduciary”. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.

• Your account: your name, e-mail address and phone number, and your password, which we keep only in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back.
• Delivery addresses: the name, phone number, address, pin code and state you enter at checkout or save to your account.
• Your designs and files: designs you make in the Studio, the images and logos you upload, and the details you save in a Brand Kit (such as a name, job title, company, phone, e-mail, website and address to print).
• Your orders: what you ordered, the options and quantities, prices, order and delivery status, and messages you send us.
• Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment reference, amount, method and status. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser and device details and the pages requested, in our server and security logs.

• to make your account work and keep you signed in;
• to price, print, pack and deliver your orders, and to show you their status;
• to take payments and pay refunds;
• to send you messages about your orders by e-mail, to the address you give us;
• to answer your questions and complaints;
• to keep the website secure and prevent fraud; and
• to keep the records that accounting and tax laws require.

We use your data for these purposes because you give it to us to place an order or use your account, or because the law requires it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only what each of them needs to do their part of your order:

• Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments and refunds;
• print and finishing partners, who receive your print files and order details, and the delivery name, address and phone when they dispatch your order;
• courier partners, who receive the delivery name, address and phone number;
• service providers who host the website and deliver our e-mail;
• government authorities, when the law requires it.

If you chat with us on WhatsApp, those messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for your account and checkout to work.
• Your browser's storage keeps your cart, a Brand Kit you fill in before signing in, and your Studio preferences, on your device only.
• When you pay, Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies, under Razorpay's privacy policy.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Your account and saved addresses, for as long as you keep your account. When you ask us to close it, we delete them, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Designs, uploads and Brand Kits, until you delete them or close your account.
• Orders and payment records, including the files printed for an order, for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Server and security logs, for a limited period, to keep the website secure.

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and only the people who need your data to run your order or support can see it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, except what the law requires us to keep;
• stop using it where you gave consent (this does not affect what was done before);
• let a person you nominate use these rights if you die or cannot act yourself.

To use any of these rights, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address on your account. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use the website with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order.
